Job Readiness Training (coming soon)
Length: 6 weeks – self-serviced; each week unlocks when the prior week is completed.
Description: This structured online job readiness program prepares individuals ages 18 and older with the essential skills needed to successfully enter and maintain employment. Participants engage in weekly modules focused on workplace professionalism, communication, resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, time management, and career planning. The program is designed to help individuals build confidence, strengthen employability skills, and develop the mindset necessary for long-term career success. A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the program.
The Job Readiness Training Program at Goals R Us Academy is designed for youth and young adults ages 16–24 who are preparing to enter the workforce. This program equips participants with the practical skills, professional behaviors, and confidence needed to successfully obtain and maintain employment.
Through structured online modules and real-world workplace scenarios, participants learn how to strengthen communication skills, develop resumes and cover letters, prepare for job interviews, and build essential workplace habits such as time management, accountability, teamwork, and professional communication.
